There was always a new horizon to conquer for an intelligent species. The first was the domination of small areas of land. Those small areas expanded into larger areas, and soon a dominant species claimed dominion over their entire planet. When space travel first became possible, this process had repeated itself. At first they made small colonies on neighboring planets, and moons. Over the years the galaxy and beyond had been surveyed. Technology had evolved to a point of where the entire Local Group, all 54 galaxies, millions of light years under control. The Local Group was kept safe through an alliance of the most powerful species. This alliance was nicknamed The Union, though it had no official name, many preferred to use this†¦show more content†¦The GaVa program was a highly, elite unit. Each species hand picked one of their best for the team. To be asked to join the program was considered the highest honor, or any soldier, of any species. As it was a joint species union, they did not answer to any one government. They acted to preserve peace as a whole. The new generation of the GaVa program were being sworn in. It was a quiet ceremony, the members of GaVa being that they were an elite group, their identities could not be made public, otherwise they would draw too much unwanted attention. They were sworn into the program in a small room. The room was circular, and white with a very clean, sterile look to it. There was in the room a circular table, made of wood, and painted black. Directly above the center of the table, was a holographic projection of the entire Local Group. A Linwik named Boliale along with a Haush named Randker were the first to enter. Linwiks were small species, whose contributions lied in their intelligence rather than fighting skills. Boliale may not have been a front line fighter, but he was gifted with a keen mind, and a talented medic, and that made him a vital asset to the team. Linwiks were not very large, and at best resembled, small humanoid crosses between rabbits, and cats. Music in America has been on the decline since the turn of the millennium. Recent popular musical genres such as rap and hip-hop have promoted sex, violence, profanity, and drug abuse. Artists such as Drake, David Guetta, and Nicki Minaj have missed the mark when it comes to good music. Music is supposed to make people feel something, to take people on a journey. In this sense, music draws a certain parallel to the trajectory of America. When times were good in America, music seemed to be good. Recently, bad music has influenced the mentality of American youth and made them unstable and insecure. Music that has a positive, uplifting message has the power to help. The company will be connected with a scholarship fund which I will also start called Kids for College. I want to be able to give opportunities to teenagers who don’t have enough money to go to a Christian college and get a good education. I will set up fundraisers along with a certain percentage of the profits to go straight to the foundation. I plan on hosting events and partnering with celebrities who support my cause. My cousin in high up in the journalist industry and has already said she will help spread the word about the charity when it is started. In doing this I hope to show the love of Christ and to bring people closer to him who would have never gotten a chance to go to a Christian school. I of course want to give my brother anything he wants for being such an emotional support growing up and being the best big brother anyone could ask for. My aunts and cousins will also be taken care of as well. I will do things for them like pay off their houses, buy them new cars, and take them on shopping sprees. I cannot wait to give back to my family for all they have ever done for me. I am hoping my future career goals lead to bring more followers to Christ while living out my professional dreams and aspirations.
